Meet Tiffany Bernard, LCPC
Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor | Clinical Supervisor
I'm a licensed therapist helping adults and couples cope, heal, and become the best version of themselves. I bring over 22 years of experience spanning psychiatric care, school counseling, psychotherapy, and life coaching to our sessions. My work is grounded, empowering, and deeply human.
I became independently licensed in 2025 and founded Intentional Counseling Chicago in 2026 to continue this work. It is a focused, purpose-driven, collaborative approach to therapy, built for real change. Together, we heal old wounds, transform unhealthy patterns, and help you meet your truest self.

I offer a safe space where therapy honors the whole person: your history, your strengths, and where you want to go. I'm especially passionate about working with adults who are holding a lot professionally, personally, culturally, and need a space that honors all of it.

Whether you are feeling overwhelmed or worried, untangling past trauma, navigating a major shift in your life or identity, or stuck in painful relationship cycles, I meet you where you are without judgment. From there, you can build a more grounded and fulfilling life.
I draw from CBT, IFS, ACT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed approaches tailored to you for real, sustainable change.
As a Clinical Supervisor, I am equally invested in the multidimensional growth of clinicians. I bring the same warmth, honesty, touch of humor, and high standards to supervision that I bring to the therapy room.
Take your seat. Intentionally heal to become the best version of yourself.
Intentionally heal within.
Take your seat.
TRauma-informed
A relationship-based approach that centers safety, trust, and empowerment while recognizing how trauma shapes the whole person.
Strengths-based
We build on what's already working within you. Your resilience, values, and past experiences become the foundation for growth and lasting change.
Culturally Affirming
Acknowledging how race, culture, identity, and lived experience shape mental health. I explore those realities with care, respect, and understanding.
